Three Areas of Transformation For Better Quality of Life

Are you willing to transform?

There are three areas of transformation for me, that's part of my framework that I think has been very important and is very important. In the military, we have all of this structured life and so when you get out, you're kind of forced into figuring these things out and how you're going to maintain your quality of life. For me, I know I had to transform and I'm still transforming in these areas that I had to have a transformation in my:

• Emotional health. I have a whole therapies that I use and I'm sure my friends appreciate it because I don't try to use them as my therapist, because that's not fair and that's not what they're trained for, and even if they are trained for that, you need to pay them for their services, but that's something else. I had to transform and continuously transform my emotional health to be emotional intelligent, to have that agility in my emotional health.

• Physical health.Since I wasn't being forced to work out, I wasn't forced to be within height and weight standards, I wasn't forced to be able to be a specific size. I wasn't forced to do a lot of things, but I had to decide for myself, how do I want to show up? Do I want to be healthy physically? What does that mean as far as my working out physically? Am I broke up? Do I have elements? Is this shoulder done a falloff in a second.? Are my hips shaking? Yeah, but for the greater good, I need to get out on these streets and move.

• Financial health. Are you willing to transform your health around money, not just how you spend money? We’re really good at that, but sometimes we have trouble with receiving money and how we feel about money; around the energy of money. We have these issues around money and they transform and transition to how much money we asked for when we're at work, how we talk to our kids about money. We're scared of money, so you're making your kid scared of money. Your friends are scared to talk to you about money.

 

Are you willing to transform in these areas of emotional health, physical health and financial health? Are you looking at things to help you be wealthy and knowing that wealth isn't a dollar amount, but it's how you feel about money and how it supports you?

These topics are pretty dope and they really have helped me become a better version of myself, and I think they can help you become a better version of yourself and help in everyday strategy to stand up for yourself and be your own advocate.
