2020 has been a motherfucker. It has been crazy. It has been happy. It has been sad. It has been every single emotion and the message that I have for you all today, I appreciate you all. I appreciate you following me. I appreciate you all coming with me on this journey as you go on your own individual journeys, how you use this time to grow and heal and rest and nurture yourself but this message that I have for you today is to love yourself fully, wholly and all the way so you can properly love the people that love you fully and wholly and all the way.
You have to show people what love is. You have to show people how to love you by loving yourself. You have to do it. You have to because at any point, we really want the world to be better. We have to be better. It's so easy to want to delegate that and hand that love off and hand that care off and expect the television to do it or expect your neighbors to do what are your cousins or someone else to provide this love to you, to ourselves that we should be providing so we don't know how to give it. We don't know how to share it. We don't know how to pour that beautiful, thick, sweet love all over each other because we don't know how to do that for ourselves and what is that small step for you? We make it seem like it's so hard and it's so terrible in loving myself. How can I do it? You can do it by taking care of yourself.
One of my friends sent me this beautiful money tree in the mail and her name is Nyota and Nyota is a reflection of me. My hair is a reflection of me. Me speaking life into Nyota. We have to make the time to love ourselves so we can truly love each other and that is all I have to say today. I can go on and on and on because the reverse of not loving each other is detrimental to our futures and to our health. So I ask you, I beg of you, I implore you, pick you. You know, I love you. I have the vision board course in here. Figure out what you want. What do you want to love? How do you want to show up for yourself and for your families and generations and all of those sorts of things?
