I just wanted to take some time and talk to you about being easy. Take five minutes, it may be a lot, it may be a little but let me talk about take taking five minutes. Take five minutes to get somewhere and be quiet. Breathe in deeply, exhale fully and imagine the life that I talk about on the body scan just shining from the heavens above, shining down to create the crown that you need and just skimming through your body checking for love, checking for hate, checking for healing, checking for joy, just checking and just use this time to be quiet and to breathe and fully and exhale fully and be able to listen to your body, listen to your intuition, listen to what God has been trying to tell you and if it's for you or something but over here, I say God. So listening to what God is telling you, what you've been telling yourself, who you should be hanging out with, who you shouldn't be hanging out with, these big, beautiful, amazing goals you have, they come to you when you're quiet, they come to you when you're silent, they come to you when you can't hear so give yourself five minutes and if five minutes is too much, I would recommend to you to take these five minutes at the beginning of your day before you really get out of the bed so I would say when you swing your legs over the bed after you've done your three things that you're grateful for, put your feet down on the floor and sit there for five minutes.
Give yourself at least one minute. One minute to be receiving and downloading and quiet and silent because when you're talking, you can't hear and that's even when you're praying, you can't hear. That's why prayer and meditation, that meditation is that quiet part. And if that was too much for you to take on, just be quiet and just listen to your heart, listen to yourself, listen to your opportunities and listen to what's not working for you and you kind of knew it in the back of your head, but you never got quiet so get quiet.
